The nature of the role will be to manage an IT division of 150 IT staff. You will work with key business stakeholders to develop the IT strategy, transition plan and target operating model for the merged organisations. There are 3 elements that you will define; creation of a Shared Service, Integration strategy and programmes, and defining future Digital transformation plans to help the business achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT Director with similar experience to the above. You will have experience of integrating and merging organisations, setting up of a Shared Service and will have previously created and driven Digital Transformation plans.

Qualifications and Experience
Besides a general interest in everything technical we would like to have

-Solid experience of configuring Networks, Windows Server and Active Directory
-Solid experience of cloud based services as e.g. Amazon Web Services.
-Solid experience of implementing IT and data security technologies and policies.
-Solid experience of driving customer facing IT projects.
-Experience of procuring external services
-Experience of software development environments.
-Experience from Google services (docs/mail etc.)
-A ‘can do' and service minded attitude.

Relevant practical or academic base education within book-keeping, economy, finance; preferably a bachelor degree
Business fluency in Swedish and English and proficiency in Norwegian (Danish is of advantage)
At least 3 years' experience in accounting, finance and sales unit controlling
High level experience with bookkeeping-systems (Navision preferably) and preferably experience with data warehouse systems for sales and financial analysis (OLAP/Cockpit)
Experience with internet banking system(s), in closing annual accounts and in making financial budgeting, planning and forecasting
Experience with the above in a Swedish setting and thereby having experience with SE legislation, procedures, rules and regulations related to a Swedish AB
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is a plus
