Administration/bokningar i samband med vårt introduktionsprogram för nyanställda
Övrig administration och allmän praktisk support ex i samband med events/möten/chefskonferenser&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

El puesto se enmarca dentro del departamento de la unidad de captación dentro del Departamento de Fundraising. RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Coordinar las actividades de captación de socios de los integrantes del equipo F2F Zona Norte.
Participar en las tareas de captación de socios en calle conjuntamente con el resto del equipo, como mínimo 3 jornadas a la semana.
Realizar el seguimiento y reporting de resultados semanalmente a su responsable jerárquico.
Garantizar las necesidades logísticas y administrativas que precise el equipo para la consecución de los objetivos.
Participación en el assessment center para las nuevas incorporaciones junto con su Responsable Jerárquico, y referente de R.H.
Realizar acogida de las nuevas incorporaciones (parte administrativa: contrato de trabajo, información sobre políticas, guía del captador, etc.)
Búsqueda de ubicaciones de trabajo para el equipo y tramitación de permisos bajo supervisión de la Delegada y su Resp Jerárquico.
Formar y motivar al conjunto de integrantes del equipo sobre MSF y sobre aquellos aspectos que se consideren necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos tanto puntual como mensualmente.
Mantener informado al equipo sobre aquellas noticias más relevantes de la Organización y formar puntual y mensualmente a los integrantes del equipo en aspectos tanto técnicos del F2F cuanto inherentes a MSF., actualización semanal archivo seguimiento.

· Puesto estructural basado en Headquarters (oficina y calle).

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
Experiencia previa en la captación de socios para ONGs mediante técnicas de F2F o experiencia en venta directa comercial, se valorará especialmente experiencia captando socios.

Conocimiento de la realidad y entorno social de la zona.
Conocimiento informática a nivel usuario (Excel, Internet, mail, Word).

Du har mycket goda kunskaper och insikter i gränslandet mellan verksamhetens behov och teknikens möjligheter.

Le CPI est responsable de l'avancement du projet informatique au sein de la DSIT et de la satisfaction client. Il est l'interlocuteur IT privilégié des responsables métier. Pendant les différentes phases du projet (étude de faisabilité et définition du besoin, appel d'offre, réalisation, recette, mise en support et ouverture aux utilisateurs), il doit notamment coordonner le travail des équipes projet internes et externes. Il est garant du respect du budget et du planning du projet.Le CPI assure la coordination des équipes de prestataires en assistance, gestion des contrats de sous-traitance et animation des « Key-users » métier.Ses principales missions sont :- Assurer la mise en oeuvre de l'ensemble des projets informatiques qui lui sont confiés, en étroite collaboration avec la maîtrise d'ouvrage- Définir une gouvernance projet adaptée et mettre en oeuvre une organisation projet en ligne avec les processus et les procédures de la DSIT - Elaborer le budget du projet et veiller au respect de l'enveloppe budgétaire validée par le métier - Définir et faire évoluer le planning du projet en coordination avec le métier- Veiller à la complétude ainsi qu'à la qualité des livrables et s'assurer de leur adéquation avec le besoin métier- Gérer les fournisseurs et les sociétés de prestations (rédaction des appels d'offre, choix d'un soumissionnaire, suivi de la prestation et de la restitution) - Assurer la coordination avec les équipes techniques de la DSIT dans le respect des processus ITIL harmonisés- Mettre en oeuvre et piloter la gestion des changements et notamment la formation des utilisateurs, en collaboration avec les responsables métier, dans le cadre des projets IT (changement de systèmes)- Assurer le bon niveau de reporting aux différents acteurs des projets (rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, etc¿) et aux différentes instances IT ou métiers. Le CPI anime les comités/instances du projet (Comité de suivi, COPIL, ¿)- Garantir l'intégrité et la cohérence de ses projets avec les standards IT de la DSIT- Etre responsable du respect des SLA attendus par les métiers- Préparer et mettre en oeuvre le passage en maintenance et support des applications déployées (procédures définies, OSP, catalogue de services, documentations, contrat TMA, etc)Le CPI peut également être amené à aider ponctuellement le RSI ou les RAs du service S2IT sur des sujets de maintenance récurrente (gestion opérationnelle, suivi des problèmes &amp; releases).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
